I enjoyed the spacious and well-designed rooms with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel facilities, especially the Onsens, were exceptional. The location near the town and transportation options made it easy to explore the area. Also, the staff provided excellent service during my stay.

We had a wonderful Christmas getaway at the hotel. The onsen experience was fantastic, particularly the outdoor baths which were well-maintained and very relaxing. The hotel's location was also great, with a shuttle bus service to and from town making it easy to explore the local area. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase tickets for nearby attractions at the front desk.
We were disappointed that there were no non-smoking rooms available. The smell of cigarettes was almost overwhelming and made it difficult for us to fully enjoy our stay.

We recently stayed at an onsen hotel with great facilities. A stunning garden surrounds the hotel, and there is a convenience store and a delicious local restaurant nearby. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a traditional touch. the bathroom was equipped with all the necessary amenities. the buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes from local to international cuisine.
The hotel was smoking-friendly, and our room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The hotel facility was nice, and there were some good things to enjoy, but it's not worth the price. the food was tasty, and the staff were kind enough. the location was great since it was near the train station and there was a shopping mall nearby.
It was so crowded that the queues for everything took a lot of time.
